Yes, I am one of those moms whose living room looks like a daycare. And I love it!

Yesterday we got our house appraised - no, we're not moving - and I told Hubby that the guy who was coming to do it was going to see our house in true form. I wasn't going to do anything "special" and whatnot. If anything, I think Munchkin and the stuff that makes him Munchkin only increases the value of our house - regardless of what the appraiser says! Don't you agree?
